Aug 16 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Please join us for a live discussion of this year’s edition of Beyond borders, with Mark Baxter and Andy Brock from EY Life Sciences Practice.  Now in its 31st year, Beyond borders: staying the course, shows that global biotech companies continued to invest in new treatments despite a pull back from capital markets in the US and the EU, lower valuations and increased pressure from payers. Still, revenue growth for public biotech companies failed to reach double digits for the first time in two years and net income plummeted by 52%, as the industry continues to be challenged by R&D productivity and the emergence of new business models. EY has monitored the biotechnology industry for the past 31 years and reports on financial metrics, deal analysis, investment in the industry, and future global trends. Learn more about the EY life sciences practice here.

Please register on line here by midnight, Tuesday, August 15, 2017. Walkins are welcome though advance registration is strongly encouraged as this event may sell out.
