| Serologicals, an Atlanta-based developer of biological products for research and drug discovery, has agreed to pay $74.8 million to acquire LINCO, a St. Louis-based supplier of research assays and test kits. LINCO is privately owned and has 109 employees. The company forecasts about $22 million in revenue for 2006.
